Exam Results & 6th Form Enrolement 2022

A-Level/BTEC results day 18th August: 

Results to be collected on the morning of the 18th August in the pavilion at the bottom of the site.
Support for clearing/next steps will be available immediately following in H1.

GCSE results Thursday 25th August:

We run a staggered morning to manage the flow.

Students with surnames A – G collect results 10.00 – 10.30 am,

Students with surnames H – Q collect results 10.30 – 11.00am,

Students with surnames R – Z collect results 11.00 – 11.30am.

Format of the day:

  • Students arrive at their allotted time at the bottom of the site and head to the pavilion to receive results.
  1. Students complete destinations forms before receiving results in the pavilion.
  2. Having received their results students who are leaving for college or elsewhere hug friends, thank teachers, hug parents and thank them for all the support over their lives and are welcome to leave site for pastures new.
  3. Those students who are hoping to come back to 6th from go downstairs, hug friends, thank teachers, hug parents and thank them for all the support over their lives. Those students then head to the sports hall (pod entrance) to get an enrolment form.  

There will be plenty of staff including Mr Fullerton (head of 6th form) on site to provide guidance and help during the morning. 

Careers Advice for those who need it:

  • Sarah Beeton, the careers officer, will be in the pavilion to offer advice if needed.
  • Gloscol, Stroud College and Prospects will also be in the pavilion to offer advice for those students who need it.

6th form enrolment:

Students will collect results and then go to the sports hall (pod entrance) to get an enrolment form.

Students then enter the sports hall where every subject will be waiting to check results and sign students up for new courses.

Any student who is not sure on next steps due to results or because plans have changed can return to the pavilion to speak to Mrs Beeton, the Colleges or Prospects Training.

If a student cannot come in to collect their results they need to email Mrs Maddern: exams@sphs.uk.com to say who is coming in their place to collect results (e.g. a friend, parent, cousin).
That person will need to provide ID unless they are an existing student.
If you would like results posted home please leave a stamped addressed envelope in reception and email Mrs Maddern to let her know.
