Art

Students at St Peters Catholic High School & Sixth Form Centre enjoy experiencing and learning skills and techniques in a wide range of media.  Students will be taught to analyse and interpret a range of artists work from across a range of cultures, times and places.

Students have the opportunity to be involved with many extra curricular activities such as KS3 Lino Printmaking Club on a Monday, Art Homework Club for KS3 on a Tuesday after school, and a school wide Photography Club on a Wednesday.

We celebrate the success of our KS3 students through our very successful reward scheme called Fab 5,. An exhibition of work by our KS3 students takes place each term and celebrates the achievements of classwork and homework. An end of year art Exhibition also takes place to celebrate Artsfest in the summer term.

You can find examples of what we do on our YouTube Channel and on Instagram @Fab5art
